Founded in 1833, St. Vincent de Paul is an international, Catholic, lay organization that helps those in need. We are not a social service agency, we are a person to person Catholic Ministry that sees the face of Christ in the face of those who are suffering. Working with our partners, donors and volunteers, St Vincent de Paul helps over 300,000 people each year by providing food, shelter, utility assistance and more to those in need. Our dental clinic, summer camp, thrift stores and donation centers and nutrition center support our long term strategic efforts to eliminate poverty and suffering in our community. No act of charity is unknown to St Vincent de Paul.
If you or someone you know needs help or would like to join our mission, please call the

When we speak of Stewardship of Time, Talent, and Treasure we are not just talking about volunteering time in a parish organization or tithing. We all have gifts and talents. God gives us these gifts and talents out of His great love, and He asks us to use them to build up the kingdom of God in our homes, in our workplaces, our communities, and right here in our parish. There are many blessings for those who generously share their gifts, including inner peace and happiness, God’s care, and eternal life. For more information about getting involved, please contact Nancy Milich at (586) 842-3738 nmilich@saintisaacjogues.com or Pat Dery at dery.pat@saintisaacjogues.com.
The parish family of St. Isaac Jogues believe in Jesus Christ, His teachings, and His Catholic Church. Through prayer we become aware of the many gifts bestowed upon us by God our Redeemer. We eagerly seek to foster Christian stewardship of our gifts, furthering Christ’s work, and service in our community.
The Spirituality of Stewardship
Stewardship flows out of an understanding that everything we are and have is a gift from God. Our time, talent, and treasure. Good Stewards are those who:
If we truly believe that God gives us all that we have, gratitude is one response. Trust is another. Sharing our gifts in love with each other becomes a matter of justice. When we realize that God has provided for us and will continue to do so, we recognize that our real security lies in God. Our God, who has given us all, will take care of our future.
